Q:    Can Expressway Replace My Windshield At My Home?
A:    Yes, we can come to your home or office during normal business hours and replace your glass on the spot.

Q:    Will My Insurance Company Pay For The Replacement?
A:    Yes, Expressway will take care of all the work.   Just call our service representatives and they will set up a direct bill to your insurance company for the services.  There is no extra charge for this service, we are glad to assist you when you need us.

Q:    Does Expressway offer discounts if I drive my car to one of their locations?
A:    Yes,  Expressway offers discounts for Drive-In Service at our convenient locations.

Q:    My Company Owns Several Heavy Equipment Vehicles and Construction Vehicles, Can Expressway Service All the Glass?
A:    Yes, Expressway is known for it's ability to satisfy our customers in the construction/heavy equipment field.

Q:    What Areas Does Expressway Service?
A:    Primarily the Long Island Area.  We can ship or sell glass to anywhere in the United States.

Q:    My Insurance Company Gave Me A List Of Glass Shops To Use, Do I Have To Use Them?
A:    No, It's your vehicle and you have a right to demand the very best.  Your insurance company does not have the right to tell you who should work on your vehicle.  Even if your car is a lease, you can still request Expressway to do the installation.

Q:    I Need Glass In My Home, Can Expressway Do It?
A:    Yes, Call us for more information.  We can handle ANY glass problem you may have.

Q:    I Cannot Seem To Find A Replacement Glass For My Mobile Home, Does Expressway Do Custom Vehicles?
A:    Yes, We not only do mobile home replacement glass but also commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, construction vehicles and obsolete glass.

Q:    What Is The Difference Between Aftermarket and OEM Glass?
A:    OEM (Original Equipment from Manufacturer) is highly recommended as replacement and Expressway uses only OEM when available.  Aftermarket glass (which is less expensive), is sometimes the replacement of choice other glass companies use to cut corners.

Q:    Can Expressway Repair My Glass?
A:    Yes, in some cases Expressway can repair your glass instead of replacing it.  Please call us for an appointment to verify replacement vs. repair.

Q:    I Am From Out-Of-Town, Can I Still Use Expressway?
A:    Yes, No matter where you are from, Expressway can contact your insurance company and replace your glass.

Q:    I Have No Insurance For Glass Coverage Does Expressway Only Take Insurance Claims?
A:    No, Expressway is an affordable full service glass company with or without insurance coverage.
